In 1977 Chris Madrid opened a small spot on Blanco Road. Nearly fifty years later the tostada burger, the cheddar cheezy, and the family behind them are part of the city's story.
Birthdays, team lunches, rehearsal dinners. Two light-filled rooms seat up to 100 inside and 44 on the covered patio, with a burger buffet for 30 or more.
